Cancellation Policy
- Introduction
At Brand Your Life Print Works, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. However, please note that once an order is placed, there is also work done to prepare the artwork for printing. As a result, there is a cancellation fee of 25% on all orders.
- How to Cancel an Order

- Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged on all orders that are cancelled. This fee covers the cost of the work done to prepare the artwork for printing.
- Refunds
If you have already paid for your order, the refund will be processed as follows:
- If the order has not begun printing, we will refund the full amount minus the 25% cancellation fee.
- If the order has began printing, we will not be able to provide a refund.
