Take full control of your branding or crafting with our Custom UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) Gang Sheets – a cost-effective way to print multiple logos, decals, or designs on one sheet. These UV DTF transfers are printed using high-resolution UV-curable inks on durable adhesive-backed film, making them perfect for hard, non-porous surfaces.
Whether you’re customizing cups, glassware, tumblers, wood, acrylic signs, ornaments, or any other rigid surface, these sheets are easy to apply, waterproof, and scratch-resistant. Simply peel, stick, and press — no heat press required.
UV Gang Sheet are 22 inches wide. We recommend leaving 1/2 inch of space for the film margins. We also recommend 1/2 inch in between designs to ensure there is enough space to cut your prints. Artwork must be in the following formats:
- Encapsulated Postscript file (.EPS)
- Adobe PDF file (.PDF)
- Portable Network Graphics file (.PNG)
Files should be original and generated from the applications mentioned above. Artwork in an unsupported format (.JPEG, .GIF, etc.) converted/wrapped in a supported file type (.eps, .pdf, .png, etc.) will be rejected. If your artwork is not PRINT-READY, please check out our graphic design packages designed to accommodate most situations with unsupported artwork. Your gang sheet can’t exceed 120 inches (10 ft.) in length.
