Gang Sheet are 23.5 inches wide. We recommend leaving 1/2 inch of space for the film margins. We also recommend 1/2 inch in between designs to ensure there is enough space to cut your prints. Artwork must be in the following formats:

  • Encapsulated Postscript file (.EPS)
  • Adobe PDF file (.PDF)
  • Portable Network Graphics file (.PNG)

Files should be original and generated from the applications mentioned above. Artwork in an unsupported format (.JPEG, .GIF, etc.) converted/wrapped in a supported file type ( .eps, .pdf, .png, etc.) will be rejected. If your artwork is not PRINT-READY, please check out our graphic design packages designed to accommodate most situations with unsupported artwork. Below are the available gang sheet lengths we offer:

  • 36 Inches (3 ft)
  • 60 Inches (5 ft)
  • 120 Inches (10 ft)
  • 180 Inches (15 ft)
  • 240 Inches (20 ft)
  • 300 Inches (25 ft)
  • 360 Inches (30 ft)

Artwork - Additional Information

Our artwork submission guidelines exclude:

  1. Screenshots from any device (Tablets, Cell Phones, Computers, etc.).
  2. Copyrighted material without proper usage rights.
  3. Images with low resolution (less than 300 DPI/PPI) obtained from the internet.

Please note that the displayed pricing covers only printing services. If you require our team to create your artwork, additional charges for graphic design services will apply. For larger orders, we may occasionally offer graphic design services as part of the printing package. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

DTF Transfer Application Instructions

Application Instructions:

  1. Pre-press garment to remove moisture
  2. Press at 320 with high pressure for 15 seconds.
  3. Let cool for 1-2 minutes until cool to the touch. Once cool, peel slowly from corner to corner.
  4. Press at 320 with parchment paper for 5 seconds.
DTF Transfer Wash Instructions

Wash Instructions:

Wash this garment inside out with cold water on a delicate cycle. NO BLEACH
Dry inside out; AIR DRY is recommended to ensure the longevity of your garment. NO HEAT from drier.
