Partial Refund Policy
- Introduction
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned when it comes to direct to film printing. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the printed image or design, we may offer a partial refund. However, please note that partial refunds are dependent on the quality of the artwork submitted for printing.
- Eligibility for Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will only be considered if we are unable to match the colors of the artwork provided. The artwork must be in the CMYK color space to ensure accurate color reproduction. Refunds will only be considered if the artwork provided meets the following conditions:
- The artwork is in the CMYK color space
- The artwork is at least 300 DPI
- The artwork is deemed acceptable and suitable for printing by Brand Your Life Print Works during the replacement review process
- How to Request a Partial Refund
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the printed image or design and believe that you are eligible for a partial refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. When requesting a partial refund, please provide us with the following information:
- A description of the problem you are experiencing
- Images of the printed image or design
- The original artwork that was submitted for printing
- Determination of Partial Refund Amount
We will review your request for a partial refund and determine the amount of the refund based on the specific circumstances. The refund amount will be determined by the extent of the problem and will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
- Orders shipped but not reclaimed
If the order is shipped and delivery is attempted but not successful and never reclaimed at the post office and returned, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.
- Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses caused by errors in printing, delays in delivery, or any other issues that may arise.

Returns Policy
- Introduction
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned when it comes to direct to film printing. However, please note that under no circumstances do we accept returns of printed film.
- Eligibility for Returns
We do not accept returns of any printed film, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with the quality of the printed image or design, errors in printing, delays in delivery, or any other issues that may arise.
- How to Request a Replacement
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the printed image or design and believe that you are eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. When requesting a replacement, please provide us with the following information:
- A description of the problem you are experiencing
- Images of the printed image or design
- The original artwork that was submitted for printing
- Determination of Replacement
We will review your request for a replacement and determine the eligibility of the replacement based on the specific circumstances. The replacement will be determined by the extent of the problem and will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any replacements are dependent upon the quality of the artwork submitted for printing. We will not replace any prints if the artwork submitted is not in the CMYK color space, 300 DPI/PPI, and where we deem the artwork not suitable for printing. The total replacement amount will be 50% (half) of the prints purchased EXCLUDING any shipping costs.
