Terms of Service for Brand Your Life Print Works
- Introduction
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the direct to film printing services (“Services”) provided by Brand Your Life Prit Works (“we” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
- Description of Services
We offer direct to film printing services for customers who wish to have images or designs printed directly onto film. Our Services include the printing of images or designs onto film, as well as the cutting and finishing of the film so it is ready to be applied via heat press.
- Ordering and Payment
To place an order for our Services, you will need to provide us with the following information:
- The image or design you would like printed onto film
- The size and dimensions of the film
- The number of copies you would like printed
- Any additional instructions or requests you may have
Once we have receive this information, we will provide you with a quote for the cost of the Services. Payment for the Services must be made in full before we begin printing. We accept the following forms of payment:
- Paypal
- Cash App
Our turn around time frame for printing is between one and three days depending on our printing workload. We ship utilizing USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times average between two to three days. If a faster shipping method is required, please make us aware when placing your order.
- Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with the Services we have provided, we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet begun printing your order, we will refund your payment in accordance with our cancellation policy. If we have already began printing your order, we will not be able to provide a refund nor will we be able to cancel your order. Please note that if your order has shipped we will not accept any returns nor will your order be cancelled.
- Intellectual Property
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the image or design you are having printed onto film. You further represent and warrant that the image or design does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. We will not be liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights that may result from the use of our Services.
- Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses caused by errors in printing, delays in delivery, or any other issues that may arise.
- Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the changes have been made will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
